Production Transonic heat-generator Fisenko (THF) À boiler house without chimney |
Down below there is a block diagram of basic unit for standard boiler house, which can provide heating and hot water supply to the consumers. The unit consists of two steam boilers of DKVr 6,5 - 13 GM (De 6,5 - 14 GM) type with economizers as well as traditional equipment of following main systems: the system of continuous bleeding for steam upper drums; system of chemical treatment of natural water, feed water and delivery water; system of heating and hot water supply to the consumers together with delivery equipment; system of air sup-ply to boiler furnaces and extraction of combustion products to the air.
The traditional auxiliary equipment, which is shown with yellow colour in the figure above, is advisably to be replaced with principally new equipment based on transonic jet technologies (Fisonic technologies) using transonic jet apparatus (TJAs) under complete usage of boiler house design capacities.
The installation of TJA instead of standard traditional equipment will lead to decrease of production area (which are necessary to suit TJA) 2 times minimum, and design of new boiler house using Fisonic technologies can reduce drastically capital investments for erection of production facilities. The capital investments. The total price of replaces traditional equipment is about 3.1 million rubles. In accordance with current practice of construction engineering for installation of traditional equipment in turn-key project the capital investments (without considering cost of monitoring systems and control automation) are double purchase price of equipment, or Ñcitr ≈ 6.2 million rubles. Total capital investments for turn-key project with installation of TJAs together with set of supporting equipment is about 0.7 Ñcitr or ÑciTJA ≈ 4.3 million rubles. The principal value of offered equipment is not only in 30 % reducing of non-recurring capital investments, but in much more resultant (comparing to traditional equipment) reduction of constantly rise of operating costs. The rise of operating costs is specified by continuous rise of electricity and fuel rates as well as rise of operating personnel salary. The operating costs. The use of brand new Fisonic technologies leads to resultant reduction of operating costs, because of the following factors:
All indicated above activities, using together, help: to reduce the electric power requirements in generation of heat energy, the reduction can be up to 80 % of consumed load of traditional equipment, to reduce the fuel consumption by 50 % with the same connected load or double increase the connected load with the same generation power. As a result, the rebuilding capital cost payback periods reduce at upgraded boiler houses (in several times, comparing to the ones with upgrading of traditional equipment), it is especially well seen in replacing of expensive equipment of foreign origin. The self-cost of produced heat energy reduces both for upgrading and newly constructed boiler houses. For housing and utilities infrastructure the last mentioned factor leads to reduction of budgetary expenditures for heat supply and also, it is even more important, it helps to reduce customer charges for supplied heat even in case of electricity and fuel rates growth and cuts down the social stress of housing and utilities reform. |
