Transonic heat-generator Fisenko (THF)

À boiler house without chimney

Transonic heat-generator Fisenko (THF)
Transonic heat-generator Fisenko

THF means:

  • Power inputs saving of up to 5 times as compared with conventional heating systems;
  • Enviromentally friendly heating and hot water supply system without use of organic fuel;
  • Coefficient of conversion of electric energy into heat energy is 2÷5;
  • Pay back period is not more than one heating season;
  • Small mass and dimensional characteristics.

Application: heating and hot water supply

  • for individual and common house-building (cottages, residential houses, bath-houses, schools, hospitals, warehouses, etc.);
  • housing and communal services;
  • industrial enterprises;
  • process water heating.

Cost efficiency:

The prime cost of heat produced by these heat-generators, when electric energy cost is 1,26 RUR/kW, shall not exceed 490 RUR/HCal, that is why the THF pay back period is not more than one heating season depending on the type of fuel and the heat producing equipment used by you at the moment.

Data on the heat energy average cost in Leningrad Region as of the end of 2004 are given below for comparison.

Principle of operation:

The principle of operation of the transonic heat-generators Fisenko (THF) is based on the fact that additional energy from the internal energy of water accumulates in microbubbles (the temperature of the air-steam mixture in the bubbles can reach 600 °C and more). The water itself (energy carrier and energy source at the same time) has low temperature and can be transported to large distances evolving heat from the bubbles where it is required. When transporting such «energy» bubbles it is not required to make heat insulation of pipelines, as the air itself is an excellent heat insulation, and loss of heat is extremely insignificant.

It is because of this that the temperature from the inlet to the outlet of the offered system practically does not change, and it happens due to the fact that if heat takeoff is intensive, at the heating appliances (radiators) multiple new heat of «energy bubbles» are transferred to each consequent cooler.

Manufacture and installation of THF:

THF on site
THF on site.

At present there is series manufacture of transonic heat-generators Fisenko completed with automation which makes it possible to regulate both the room air temperature and the water temperature in the reverse main line.

THF shall be installed directly on site (this excludes costs for associated works on installation of pipelines towards the sites, and heat loss at pipeline mains), or in the boiler house room with cutting in the heating system parallel to the existing boilers (this gives the possibility to keep the existing equipment for emergency cases). In order to provide hot water supply a heat exchanger or an accumulating (collecting) tank shall be additionally installed in the system.

We manufacture and supply THF with the electric energy consumption being 3/6/9/18 kW. If higher power is required an assemblage of 2, 3 and more THF shall be installed on one site.

Recognition of our technology:

Our production has been patented (Patent ¹ 2221935 dated 27.03.02 “Operation method of a spray heat generating unit and the spray heat generating unit for its implementation”) and certified (Certificate of Conformance ¹ 4329478 dated 16.05.2005).

The transonic heat generating spray appliance was awarded Diploma of the Program “100 best commodities of Russia” in 2004.

«The energy-saving transonic heat-generator Fisenko» was awarded Diploma of the contest “The best innovation project and the best research development of the year” in the nomination «Innovations in the field of energy and resources saving» at the 10-th exhibition «High technologies. Innovations. Investments» held in St.Petersburg on 05-07 October 2005.
